​We operate both 'Open Classes' and 'Invited Classes'. Open classes are available to all and suitable for those taking up the sport for recreational benefits. Invited classes are for those who have progressed within the Open classes and have a desire to take up the sport competitively.

Under 16 years: £4
Over 16 years: £5

Junior Boxing (9 - 13yrs)
Monday: Invited Class 18:00 - 19:00

Wednesday: Open Class 18:00 - 19:00
​
Friday: Invited Class 18:00 - 19:00
Recreational Boxing (14yrs +)
Tuesday: Open Class 19:00 - 20:30

Thursday: Open Class 19:00 - 20:30
Competitive Boxing (14yrs +)
Monday: Invited Class 19:00 - 21:00

Wednesday: Invited Class 19:00 - 21:00
